The EIC will, in cooperation with the Industrial Committee, foster IAF activities relating to entrepreneurship and private investment. The Committee will:

• Foster information exchange and interaction among IAF member organizations on entrepreneurial and private investment issues, including developments at the national and regional level that may be of potential interest to member organizations in other countries and regions.
• Propose and, subject to IPC Co-Chair approval, help organize appropriate IAC symposia relating to entrepreneurship and private investment.
• Organize workshops and other events designed to stimulate dialogue and cooperation among entrepreneurs, investors, established companies, government agencies, nongovernmental organizations, and academia, probing the technical economic as well as the practical business dimensions of entrepreneurship and private investment.
